Abstract

Sustainable development means the preservation of the environment all that they contain the resources and potential for the future and this does not prevent the exploitation of these resources, but a rational, non-excessive, and should think carefully about the future of these resources for future generations while ensuring used as usual for the time being. Sustainable development is different from development in general in the fact that most of the research can not be the application of sustainable development in Iraq because of the obstacles that were mentioned in the third section. The Sustainable Development three dimensions and is a qualitative dimension which determines the type and size required in various urban, social and economic sectors and other change. The time dimension that determines a schedule to bring about the desired change. And a spatial dimension which determines the required change locations .oan this three-dimensional convergence has not any interest by the Iraqi government for this Boatir remained steady development without change.The human focus mainly on the issue of sustainable development, improved health care and education, social welfare and interest of women and democracy are all practices lead to human development and thus ensure an important part of sustainable development. Because that man has a big role in sustainable development is the foundation in the planning, implementation and consumption has a lot to do with the elements of the natural environment and its resources by exploiting the Alyovq particular approach, as well as the increase in population in the world is in itself a significant role in determining sustainable development.
