The impact of public spending on improving the standard of living and eliminating poverty in light of Islamic law

Public spending is one of the main economic tools countries rely on to achieve sustainable development and improve the standard of living of individuals, in addition to combating poverty. It represents the means by which financial resources are directed to finance public services. This study aims to study the impact of public spending on improving the standard of living and eradicating poverty in light of Islamic law. This study analyzes the relationship between the allocation of public resources and the quality of social and economic life, focusing on the legal foundations governing spending priorities.
The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to demonstrate the role of public spending in supporting basic services such as education, health, and infrastructure, and its impact on reducing poverty rates and achieving social justice. It also highlights the importance of combating corruption and enhancing transparency to ensure the effectiveness of spending.
