Abstract

In recent years, increasing waves of bad (low) and familiar and harmful content have spread across various media, including the Internet and social media. Some people will serve and work to employ it in a bad way by publishing this content, which is a threat to the image of local culture and national identity in Iraq. The impact of this problem is clearly evident in the depth of the impact that can threaten societal peace through content in society, whichh some consider the media on social networking sites and other means as a source of information, dissemination of cultures and obtaining news. The impact of the lack of funding and resources on developing integrated strategies to combat this content cannot be ignored. Starting from providing awareness and education programs for the public, to training and developing media workers, the ability to achieve these goals remains dependent on allocating the necessary resources. What are the opportunities available to the media to combat it? This study aims to determine the future vision of the official media to combat low content in Iraq, and to determine the location of the current media strategy to combat low content in Iraq. The importance of this study is to enable knowing how to educate society by preparing the correct strategy in publishing through modern media.  The study addresses, in the theoretical framework, the methods that contributed to the spread of low-level content through social media platforms, the most important sites that are used and have had a wide resonance in publishing this content. The most important measures taken by the Iraqi authorities against the owners of low-level content. The descriptive approach is used in this study, and it is a methodology in its primary focus to achieve the objectives of the scientific study and analyze the problems raised in an organized and accurate manner. Using the SWOT methodology, the descriptive analytical approach is adopted as it is the most appropriate to achieve the goals of the research and explain the study phenomenon. By selecting the study community of a group of experts and officials in the field of media, in addition to academics specialized in the media. The sample was selected as it focused on the most experienced and knowledgeable individuals on the research topic and conducting an in-depth interview and asking several questions to come up with results from it. Enhancing transparency and credibility in media campaigns, developing awareness-raising media content that enhances digital awareness and electronic security, and launching training programs to develop media competencies. The study recommendations in designing sustainable media strategies, with a focus on stimulating cooperation with educational and cultural institutions to enrich positive media content.  It also highlights the importance of public-private partnerships in developing modern media technologies that contribute to improving communication with the
