Abstract

The current study seeks to explain the nature and level of the relationship between parental leadership behaviors and organizational intimacy in the General Directorate of Education in Babylon Governorate, and this comes as an attempt to reduce or bridge the knowledge gap between the two research variables. In addition to trying to lay the correct and appropriate foundations for creating leaders based on symbols emanating from Iraqi society, it is possible to invest in order to be the most important capital for its profit or service organizations. To achieve this, the researcher distributed 134 questionnaires to a number of employees in the Directorate of Education of Babylon. The number of questionnaires retrieved was 129, while the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis reached 125, with an average of 97% of the retrieved questionnaires. Theoretical results showed the existence of a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between parental leadership behaviors and organizational intimacy in organizations in general and in the organization under study in particular.
