"Digital Citizenship" among "Governmental University" students and their private

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of digital citizenship among public and private university students, and the statistically significant differences in digital citizenship according to the variable of the type of study (civil-governmental). Psychometry, and the research sample reached (200) male and female students, comprising (100) male and female students from the public university and (100) male and female students from private universities in Anbar Governorate for the academic year (2022/2023). The results showed that university students have a good level of citizenship, while statistically significant differences appeared in favor of government colleges. In light of these results, the two researchers presented some recommendations and proposals to enhance the results of the research
