Abstract

      Abu.Ali  Alfarissi  started  his  study  for  the  language  and  grammar  from  the  concept  that  the  language  is a  social  phenomenon  specially in  releasing  its  regulations  and  grammatical  instructions  that  match  with  the  condition  of  speech  receiver  . He concerned  with  some  principles  that  considered  in  the  oral  thinking  one  of  common  basics  to  care the  point  of  speaker  , purpose  of  speech  and  conceraing  the  condition  of  listener  . He named  or  called  the  term  beneficiary  than  benefit  that  gained  by  the  speaker  from  the  speech and  contexts  that  resulted  from  speech .
