The Epistemological Establishment of Studying ISIS Crimes in Iraq

The research aims to study the crimes of ISIS in Iraq, and it is based on the philosophy of politics, especially, contemporary trends that call for attention to current issues surrounding reality, perhaps the most prominent problems that the Iraqi state faced after 2003 are terrorism crimes in general, and ISIS crimes in particular - especially after June 2014. The research track involves studying the following topics: philosophical understanding is necessary for establishing cognitive foundations to study the crimes of ISIS. Philosophical understanding is a gateway to documenting the crimes of ISIS, and philosophical understanding is a necessary cognitive approach for studying the psychology of ISIS crimes. Remembering is a cognitive necessity in understanding the crimes of ISIS, and understanding genocide is a cognitive necessity for understanding the crimes of ISIS. The presence of art is a cognitive necessity for documenting the crimes of ISIS. The importance of studying arises from the necessity to understand the nature of the crimes committed by the organization ISIS, and to document what happened combat hate speech and prevent the repetition of the crime, as well as to establish the main cognitive foundations for those interested in studying the subject.
