The aim of the research is to identify "the most common problems faced by primary school teachers and to formulate some proposals that may contribute to reducing common teacher problems". The sample of this research consisted of teachers and teachers in the Kut district (80) teachers. To achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (20) paragraphs. The researcher confirmed the validity of the tool by presenting it to a group of experts and specialists in Arabic language and methods of teaching. (0.83) Using the weighted mean and the percentage weight, the researcher identified the causes of the common problems experienced by teachers in primary schools and then developed a number of treatments that contribute to solving these problems.
