تحليل قائم على المدونة الصوتية للمناظر البيئية في العوالم السردية لدى ديكنز

تتناول هذه الدراسة كيفية بناء تشارلز ديكنز للمناظر الصوتية البيئية في رواياته الرئيسية عبر توظيف المفردات المحاكِية للأصوات، وذلك باستخدام منهج قائم على المدونة لسدّ فجوة في الدراسات الإيكولوجية النقدية ذات الطابع النوعي. جُمعت عشرمن روايات ديكنزفي مدونة لغوية واحدة ثم جرى تحليلها باستعمال برنامج انتكوم مع التركيز على عشرة ألفاظ بارزة من المحاكاة الصوتية التي ترتبط بالاصوات البيئية والجوية. وأظهرت النتائج الكمية أن عددها بلغ 1457 وان الكلمات الاتية كانت الاكثر شيوعاً:
