تعدد المهام وعلاقته بالعاطفة الاجتماعية لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية

يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تعدد المهام والعاطفة الاجتماعية لدى طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية، وتحديد الفروق الإحصائية في تعدد المهام والعاطفة الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص، وكذلك العلاقة بينهما. اعتمد الباحث على مقياس تعدد المهام الذي أعده Poposki & Oswald (2010) ويتكون من 14 فقرة، ومقياس العاطفة الاجتماعية الذي أعده الباحث ويتكون من 20 فقرة، حيث تم تطبيق المقياسين على عينة من 400 طالب وطالبة (240 طالبة و160 طالباً) للعام الدراسي 2022-2023. أظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة يتمتعون بقدرة عالية على تعدد المهام، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للجنس والتخصص في تعدد المهام، بينما لم تظهر فروق في العاطفة الاجتماعية تعزى للجنس أو التخصص. كما تبين وجود علاقة طردية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تعدد المهام والعاطفة الاجتماعية. اختتم البحث بمناقشة النتائج وتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
