This research addresses the requirements for enhancing constitutional rights within the framework of commercial companies’ activities. It highlights the legal relationship between corporate practices and the protection of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution and comparative legislations. The study adopts an analytical and comparative approach, focusing on the balance between economic objectives of companies and the constitutional guarantees of labor, consumer, and environmental rights. The research concludes with recommendations aimed at strengthening the Iraqi legal framework to ensure greater harmony between commercial activities and constitutional rights.
