The Burn out and Its Relationship with the Self-Efficacy Expectations for University instructor
The Burn out and Self-Efficacy Expectations represent the variables addressed by the current study. Which was launched researcher them in the framing of the research problem by answering the following question:What is the nature of the relationship between burnout and expectations of self-efficacy among university instructor? The current study aimed at:
- Measuring the two variables (Burn out and Self-Efficacy Expectations) for university instructor.
- Balancing the two variable (Burn out and Self-Efficacy Expectations) according to the gender variable for university instructor.
3- Know the correlation between each of the expectations of self-efficacy and Burnout among University instructor
To achieve the above aims, The researcher based on a scale (Sdjan.2011) to measure burnout And build a tool to measure self-efficacy expectations among university instructor Available two psychometric characteristics that must be met in the construction of psychological scales, The above has been applied to the two scales on a sample of Tdrisie university, it amounted to (119) pedagogy, And by (50) pedagogy, and (69) teaching, Were chosen style simple random from the University of Qadisiyah, And by (4) Faculty of scientific disciplines, and humanity, After data collection and processing statistically, It shows that teachers feel psychological combustion, As well as the expectations of self-efficacy, Also it appeared that there were no statistically significant differences according to the type variable differences, The results also revealed a negative correlation (0.23) - between burnout, and self-efficacy expectations, In the context of these findings, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
