This research included the research problem in the first section, which was embodied in folluwing question:What are the features the aesthetic transformation of the calligraphy compositions of the calligrapher Abbas Al-Baghdadi? The importance of the research embodied in fact that Abbas Al-Baghdadi’s calligraphic compositions are a wide field for innovation, renewal, and transformation level of the formal structure composition, while research aims to analyze reveal the dimensions in Abbas Al-Baghdadi’s calligraphic compositions The temporal limits of the research were from the year (1990 AD - 2023 AD). As for in second section, it theoretical framework (the concept of aesthetic transformation in linear compositions in its types concept in beauty linear compositions, types of linear compositions, characteristics of linear compositions), and the third section included research in procedures it adopted or descriptive in approach, as research in community included linear compositions and strips. Dated and undated, which numbered (20) forms. As for the fourth section, it cluded in analyzing samples, He presented its results, including: 1 - The emergence of the calligraphey design awareness through his investigation of the foundations of design and their relationships to artistic beauty in the way of distributing calligraphy elements in a corresponding structure (identical and symmetrical mirrors) while maintaining the linear rule. The in researcher reached in number or conclusions including 1. The applicateon of foundations or design an its relationships . The proceiss of constructing a composition opens in wide areas for aesthetic transformation in producing the abstract image in expresses the calligraphery superior ability to process texts in employ them on their correct contexter. The researcher also in recommended some the recommendations. 1- Focusing in the designer effort in devising in inventing new formations because of the importance of innovations that allow calligraphers several options in designing various compositions with a creative or aesthetic orientation, while thy researcher suggested studying creative calligraphic formations in their composition on semiotic connotations.
