Obstacle's to converting the traditional style of university education to the e-Learning style among postgrad students at AL-Qadisiyah University

The students' responses varied regarding the obstacles and their availability based on their importance according to their specialization (Scientific - Humanitarian). The results indicated statistically significant differences in students' assessments of the obstacles based on their areas, attributed to the variable of scientific specialization. In light of the findings, several recommendations and suggestions were reached.
