The term "gender" is one of the modern terms and a tool of globalization, adopted by the United Nations in its conferences. This term emerged in the 1970s, with the main reason for its emergence being the demand for women's rights that are violated in Eastern societies (Al-Moussawi, 2024, p. 1129). The term poses a threat to the structure of societies through social and cultural actions that stray from human and religious values. This is "gender" or "genderization" and its related synonyms, representing a difference in meaning and implications, as well as in the cognitive, social, religious, and doctrinal structure. "Gender" aims to steer human societies toward a new type, starting with the relationship between men and women in human societies. "Gender" is not—as it is superficially claimed—equality between men and women. Rather, it undermines the "social structure," leading to a society devoid of ethics and cognitive thought, consumed with shallow content on social media, which rapidly influences and infiltrates families through mobile phones accessible to both young and old. An important point not to be overlooked is the educational institutions, the lack of enforcement of internal regulations, and the leniency in applying educational system instructions due to various s reasons, transforming the education system into one devoid of upbringing. This has led to the emergence of new family patterns, with some studies related to "gender" identifying twelve types of families, including "homosexual families," meaning male-only or female-only families. The Islamic perspective—particularly from a legal viewpoint—clarifies the "purposes of gender" (Glover, 2018, p. 17) and shows that it contradicts the spirit of Islam, its noble teachings, and other divine and human-made laws. It is essential to understand that "gender theory" seeks to establish a new type of human society, namely " irreligious societies." By then, we will have won the "awareness battle" without resorting to extreme ideologies and actions, guiding people to appeal to the natural human disposition created by Allah while observing religious teachings .
