Media globalization has led to profound transformations in the Arab media reality, as Arab media have become more connected to global media, and more exposed to Western cultural influences. This transformation has led to the emergence of a number of challenges facing Arab media, Including the Identity challenge: Exposure to Western culture has increased the identity crisis In the Arab world, leading to the emergence of a conflict between Arab and Western identity in Arab media, as well as the pluralism challenge: Exposure to Western culture has increased awareness of the Importance of pluralism in the Arab world, leading to the emergence of new voices calling for more pluralism In Arab media.
The transparency challenge: Exposure to Western culture has increased awareness of the importance of transparency in the media, leading to the emergence of new voices calling for more transparency in Arab media
