The need for institutions concerned with providing social protection and care to vulnerable groups and the weak and disadvantaged segments of society has increased recently, after the state and governments were unable to keep up with them and address their problems, which necessitated the intervention of another sector known as civil society organizations, which have the social responsibility to support and protect these groups. These organizations became widespread and widespread in the last years of the twentieth century. They are free, non-profit, voluntary organizations and are not linked to the government, such as political parties, trade unions, human rights associations, environmental protection associations, and charities. They have social responsibility and pay attention to societal issues such as unemployment and poverty.
