Abstract

The theses focus on the rule in public International law which governed the phenomenon of Defamation of religions, The organization of Islamic Corporation initiated a an internationalization for prohibition of Defamation of religions base on its violation to human rights, but this efforts blocked by European Unions who see the defamation as type of free expressions, this influenced the stand  of Human rights Council which was the place the two parties try to proved their opinions.
