Abstract

             This study attempts to identify the measures taken by the Romanian government during the period of the German occupation of the capital Bucharest, to clarify its new political positions on the parties to the conflict and how to meet its main objectives that led to the entry of the war, after it was overloaded with the aim to transcend the importance of those goals, namely liberating the country from clutches German occupation.
