The effectiveness of a training program based on the synchronization strategy in developing the planning skill of male and female primary school teachers

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program using the synchronization strategy in developing the planning skill of male and female primary school teachers. The study was conducted on (8) eight male and female primary school teachers who were randomly selected from the research community. To achieve the research goal, the researcher prepared a measure of planning skill, and the researcher verified the scientific properties of the measure such as validity and reliability, in addition to (8) eight training sessions according to the synchronization strategy and for the purpose of To test the research hypotheses, the researcher used a one-group experimental design. The study concluded that the use of the synchronization strategy has a clear impact on developing the planning skill of male and female primary school teachers.
