The Angelic Jurisprudence and the Purposes between the Imamiyyah and the Sunnis

Abstract

Islamic jurisprudence has many schools, which is a major asset. Thus, Muslim jurists have sought to build the law's foundations. The consolidation of hypotheses and principles from the science of origins sometimes enhanced both sciences. Not limited to incorporating Sunni analogy and Imamiyyah practicality. Researching angels and purposes can be a goal in itself. Despite the limited research on this axis, the researcher pursues a significant research outcome: (environmental purposes in the frontal cognitive space). If possible, this is a blessing; if not, the research is participation that hope will enrich this sort of study. This research examines whether the two jurisprudences in the Maqasid vision, which also includes angelic jurisprudence, may be used to make legal judgments. Angelic, Maqasid, and explanatory jurists ignore the means and focus on the ends since they know the goals. Teleological and intentional cognition is based on reasoning and jurisprudential complexity to construct a system of purposeful reasoning that encompasses the generality of texts and judgements. And that the researcher would use a descriptive and analytic techniques and objectively analyze and criticize various opinions to get better and more realistic results based on his assumptions. This study's results are usually uncertain but open to examination and dispute.
