Khorasan occupies an important position in the political and dministrative map of the Islamic state. As it became the base and the starting point from which the armies of Muslims towards Central Asia. Where the Mesopotamia was opened until these armies reached India and China. Since the early Caliphate realized the great importance of this region, so I have linked to the centers of strong management in Iraq for several decades, and then separated from the administration of Iraq to become an integrated management directly linked to the Caliph. On this basis, however, Khurasan administration has witnessed some differences in its nature and policy over three covenants: the reign of the Caliphate, the Sufyanian Dynasty, and the Marwanian Dynasty, which we shall follow through our humble research.
