The bazaar formed a great economic power in Iran, due to their commercial and personal influence, so they worked to form a nucleus for political associations and parties expressing their economic ambitions and hopes. Religion and the Bazarists in Tehran, as well as Shah Muhammad Pahlavi’s economic aspirations and ambitions, through which he wanted to undermine the bazaar and limit its economic role in the country, through the issuance of laws, including the White Revolution Law. Their influence and control over the country's economic capabilities, and in view of this, the bazaar felt the existential threat that threatened them and their economic interests.
