Reasons for Differing Jurists in Jurisprudence Interpretations

Abstract

The qualities of the interpreter's jurisprudential doctrine contribute to the differences between interpreters and jurists in the interpretation of the verses, and I wished to demonstrate this through my research. The divergence in jurisprudence about the interpretation of the verses and the derivation of their decisions did not end with the age of the companions but persisted into the age of the followers. The followers of the followers, followed by the establishment of Islamic schools of thought. The commentators then proceeded to derive legal interpretations from Qur'anic passages in accordance with the views of their imams. When deducing legal decisions from Islamic law, so many discrepancies between the ideas were evident. The impact of the noble hadith on the disputes between interpreters and jurists. Numerous of the Prophet's magnificent hadiths were not transmitted in a proper manner, and some jurists neglected to examine the men of hadith and its narrators, which contributes to the frequent disagreements among scholars on rulings. The fact that certain jurists relied on discussing all companions and followers profoundly modifies the verdict. There are several reasons for disclosure. It is known, for instance, that some passages may be revealed for many reasons, and this plurality and variation suggests that each interpretation reflects a member of the verse's general ruling.
