    This research is about the response on the problem of the research that deals with this question  :

What is the rule of culture in the change and maintenance ?

This include the following :

• The problem of the research and its importance .
• The first part : deals with the meaning of the culture of the society and its definition , nature and the features the contains.
• The second part : its deals with the introduction in the meaning of the change and the factors of the social change , the steps and appearance of the social change .

At the end the conclusion and the wills that lead to make the social culture which is the most important factor in the change and the maintenance .

Also the suggestions that the two researchers recommend to be done .
