Our research deals with the tagged (Metonyms in the semitic languages-Semitic Comparative study-), to show the similarities and differences in the Metonyms and types in Semitic languages are the subject of study (Arabic, Syriac and Hebrew), and knowing the grammatical links between them through comparative approach by presenting each language separately in order reach conclusion the most important common uses of Metonyms and their types and names in Semitic languages
