Management with Roaming and its Relationship to Spreading the Culture of Social Communication Among Middle School Principals in Light of the Behavioral Theory and Ways to Develop It

Abstract

Being able to know the degree of management by roaming and the culture of social communication among middle school principals in the Kut district center in the light of the theory, and revealing the degrees of appreciation of the sample of the study about the

research variables of principals in the light of the behavioral theory, according to (gender, specialization, years of service). Chi-square to find out the opinions of experts, the one-sample t-test, to identify the degree of management by roaming and the culture of social communication among middle school principals, and Pearson correlation coefficient, to find out the differential power according to the method of the degree of the relationship of the paragraph with the total degree For the scale, the results revealed that the principals in middle schools in the administration are interested in roaming and spreading the culture of social communication. It is necessary to urge principals to activate the practice of management by roaming in middle school administrations and to activate the principle of participation between school administrations, teachers, female teachers, and students to enhance participation based on cooperation, familiarity, and love between the active parties in the school and parents of students.
