This research attempts to focus on the criticism of the Austrian philosopher Karl Popper (1902-1994) of the concept of historicism, as it is a theory concerned with all social sciences, making historical prediction its main goal, and knowing that this goal can be achieved, if we can grasp the general trends, and the laws behind historical developments. In his various works, Popper sought to refute his hostile mobilization against the most prominent historical thinkers, from his point of view, such as Plato, Frederick Hegel, Karl Marx and others who he considered to have fallen victim to this delusional doctrine of the ability of history to what will happen in the future.
