Abstract:
Comparative literature measures the power of civilizations, but it does not tend to be fanatic or antithetical to humanity.
Comparative literature shows the historical encounter, clarifies the nature of this encounter, and reveals the originality of literary and intellectual renewal.
Research in the field of bibliography, which makes it easier for other researchers to view studies and then get acquainted with them and facilitate the next task in choosing the next titles in the field of comparative research.
The research is divided into three sections:
The first section: Defining the term comparative literature.
The second section: the efforts of Iraqi researchers in comparative studies written in the Arabic language.
The third section: the efforts of Iraqi researchers in comparative studies written in foreign languages.
