It is well known that the scientific life in the Arab-Islamic civilization was preceded by what is known as early elementary education, and this education was the responsibility of the teachers and discipliners of the boys, who had a role in stabilizing the first steps of the learner in his scientific and practical life.
The education of boys in Islamic cities, including Mosul, has developed as a result of the emergence of their own mektebs, as well as the existence of some families who inherited this profession, especially in the 6th and 7th centuries of Hijra /13th AD. The most important findings of the research is the existence of certain samples of these teachers and discipliners and the importance of their efforts in the history books and biographies according to our sources.
