The Judge Ahmad bin al- Zubayr(562 A.H) and its relation to the Fatimid caliphate

Abstract

          In the name of Allah the Merciful since the Fatimid state ,on the basis of which politics and religion were intertwined, to the extent the very political organization in this country was a reflection of the spirit of Fatimid doctrine itself, until it became the best example of religious countries in Islam ,this “the state and what distinguishes it from the other Islamic regimes ,they regarded the call as a sacred in institution and religious duty they practiced with sincerity and activity , sought power in order to be able to reach this goal ,in a safe and easy manner, they viewed them a lot and they served as the ideological weapon of the regime ,was the Fatimid caliph, was chosen from among the callers of eloquence of the tongue and subtlety in knowledge.

          This is why we chose to study the character of the judge ibn -al Zubayr (562A.H) and his relationship with the Fatimid caliphate, which was counted by some historians as a mentor  as one of the eminent Ismailia figures and one of the great talents in the field of political and religious studies ,not only during the Fatimid invitation the history of Yemen in general ,historical events in various aspects have shown the important role played by a number of these personalities ,especially those who worked in the Fatimid state ,both during the region of the caliph al-Hafiz to the religion of God or in the era of most thy were among the people of country was under the Fatimid’s ,because of enjoyed by these, including judge ibn-al zubayr, the subject of our research from the thinking and administrative and political capacity .

      He was sent to al- Zayrieen Aden by order of the caliph al-Hafiz, the preacher who is entrusted with various administrative ,diplomatic and religious duties. He has reached the highest position in Yemen; he was judge of the judge of Yemen.

        The first topic was devoted to study the scientific work of Ahmed ibn al-Zubayr, it related to his biography, the second ,I touched upon scientific position, explaining his writings .The Fatimid invitation took place in Yemen during the 5th and 6th Hijri /11th-12th centuries ,included the Sulayhids  from the Fatimid caliphate in Egypt during the reign of Maser.

           The last topic was ibn al-Zubayr and its relation to the Fatimid caliphate,he discussed the role of ibn al- Zubayr in establishing the call for the caliph al- Hafiz when he was sent in 535AH /1140 AD to take support from Bain  Zurei Ibn Abi al- Saud ibn Zurea da,wah, when ibn al-Zubayr Learned that Alia had died his grandfather
