Abstract

Summary:

Studying the climatic water balancing  is considered as one of the recent and important studies  because  it has  a relation  with the climatic factors that influence the amount of transpiration /evaporation ,to show the relation between the amount  of falling  and evaporation  and transp-iration to know the amount of aquarium amount  and the  ack  in  the  stations Elements  for  Stations  Arbil  province (Erbil , Salah Al-Dain) and  Stations of Al-Anbar  province (Al-Ramadi  Al-qam  ,Eanh  , Hadietha ) from Iraq.

The differences in the values of climatic water balancing between stations because of the differences in the various  heights  more than the level of the sea  by using  equations as(Thornthoit,NajeepKHarofa, the amount of evaporation in the ponds of evaporation  which is counted in these  stations), The researcher tends to find the time and place  relation between these climatic  factors and the average of evaporation  and transpiration that will be increased in  summer and  lessen in winter   by using statistical equations .  The researcher  has reached to calculate the amount of water needed for the  lands ,and to decide the ability to use  it for economic  and agrarian reform  and to supply the lands with water if needed in  expansion.
