The Honoring and Ingratitude of parents in the Anceient Iraqi Civlization                 

The research at studying the subject of the honoring and the Ingratitude of the parents in the anceint Iraqi families through the economical,legal and literay text .Ancient Iraqi were Overcareful to take care of upbrining and training their children from an early age on ideal principles and good values and manners.the children were bound by duties and rights towards their parents by respecting, obeying and helping them in their works and performing the funeral service when they die. The Iraqi ancient legislations took care of the Iraqi families and arranged the laws and rules of the relationship forms among parents and their children. The ancient Iraqi literatnreurged children to honor their parents and considered that of the good virtues and looked at ungrateful children with depreciation and considered that as one of the dirty and castoff works in the society that time .
