This research deals with the Internal Political developments in Laos during 1945 - 1949, as witnessed during this period, an Important Political transformations, had a deep impact on the achievement of self-rule in 1949 and partly their exit from the control of French Colonialism. Because this stage has seen great Cooperation between King Laotian Sisavang Vong and his supporters with the French authorities in Laos, led this cooperation signing of an agreement between them in August 1946, which had a clear impact on the course of the political situation in Laos, as recorded for the first time in the history of Laos appearance of the first political party, is the union of the Lao National Party, and write the first constitution in the Country, as well as the establishment of the first national assembly therein.
