الملخص

تتمثل أهمية الدراسة في أن هذا الموضوع يعد موضوعاً حيوياً وجديداً، لتقديم إطار نظري لدعم أهمية إدارة المعرفة بمؤسسات المعلومات بوزارة التعليم العالي في العراق، وما يُمكن أن تضيفه للأدب النظري، والدراسات السابقة حول علاقتها ومدى تأثيرها على تحسين مستوى الاداء. هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الفهم والادراك لإدارة المعرفة من قبل العاملين في مؤسسات المعلومات بجامعة واسط، استخدمت منهج دراسة الحالة والاستبيان أداة لجمع المعلومات. اشارت النتائج الى ان ابعاد عمليات إدارة المعرفة كانت ذات اهمية متباينة فقد سجل اعلى مستوى لبعد نشر وتبادل المعرفة ثم يليه بعد تطبيق المعرفة وبعد خزن تنظيم والمعرفة وكان المستوى الادنى من الاهمية لبعد توليد المعرفة. ومن مقترحات الدراسة تحسين تبادل المعلومات والبيانات بين الاقسام وتحديد العوائق الحالية سواء كانت تقنية ام تنظيمية وتحديد قنوات اتصال يسيرة مع إجراء تقييمات دورية لقياس مدى فعالية تبادل المعلومات.
