ازدراء الاديان بين المنع والاباحة - دراسة في ضوء احكام القانون الدولي العام -

يتناول البحث موقف القانون الدولي العام من ظاهرة ازدراء الأديان، إذ تصدت منظمة التعاون الإسلامي لموضوع تدويل منع ازدراء الأديان بوصفها مساس بحقوق الإنسان، إلا أن تلك المحاولة اصطدمت بموقف الاتحاد الأوروبي الذي يعد انتقاد الأديان نوعا من أنواع حرية التعبير، وهو ما انعكس على موقف مجلس حقوق الإنسان الذي كان المكان الذي حاول فيه الطرفان إثبات موقفهما.
