We made this manuscript for the great scholar Sheikh Abdul Sami Al-Yazdi
And when we wanted to write about his life, we browsed the books of translations and other sources, hoping that we would obtain a full translation of the life of Sheikh Abd al-Sami al-Yazdi, and we found only a few who mentioned him
We copied the manuscript according to modern spelling rules, and we indicated the end of the pages with the symbol [1 and] to denote the end and atmosphere of the paper [1v] to denote the end of the back of the paper, and we produced what needed to graduate each according to its source, and we presented to the investigation a brief translation of the author and his manuscript
