Among the most important findings of the researcher, most of the scholarsrely on the awareness of the dangers of war remnants mainly on posters and preparatory signs, as they are a very means of clarification, and contribute to the formation of awareness among the public. War remnants because of their important role in educating the public, especially in the spring season and citizens going out for a walk. The research also found that war remnants, have become difficult to identify due to soil erosion and the geological changes that occurred to it as a result of the rains that run off with mines far from their specific areas. Great damage and problems to society and the environment, and in the walk of human casualties, and the rotation of vast areas of agricultural land, which prevented its reconstruction and redistribution of the population in it. The search aimed at knowing the role of relations with the risk of waste awareness, public relations is the need for any institution whether security or economic, or social, no institution can work without ensuring mutual understanding between them and the public and the research has been directed to the audience.
