In an attempt to answer this question through a systematic plan deals with this research. Through studying this topic, we found that some economic sectors, especially industrial, witnessed a remarkable development during the war, while the agricultural sector witnessed great problems, as well as the absence of a fiscal policy that addresses the problems of the war and its effects, and these problems had a major role in the Italian political changes after 1922.
