Legal protection to the right to work of people with disabilities

The right to work is protected in domestic and international sphere, and cover all categories include  people with disabilities which regarded as most vulnerable of all citizens. So most international treaties and  national codes have some sort of rules to protect and maintain this vulnerable group and tried to illegalized any discrimination against them.

And that what give legal organization  of that group the important it’s have, beside emphasis on stat’s role in provide guarantees for them to have a job, as implemented that constitutional right is not a complex issue.
