أخلاقيات المهنة وعلاقتها بضغوط العمل الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الإبتدائية من وجهة نظر المعاونين

Abstract

       The current research aiming at  identifying: the profession morals for the headmasters of the primary schools from their assistants' points of view concerned the profession morals for the headmasters of primary schools according to  the gender variable( male- female) and identifying the administrative work pressure to which headmasters of the primary schools subjected from their assistants' points of view, and the difference significance  of the assistants' points of view concerned the administrative work pressure to which primary schools head masters subjected according to the gender variable( male- female ), besides identifying the profession morals and the administrative work pressure for headmasters of the primary schools from the assistants' points of view.

    Two instruments were depended to realize the research objectives which are the two questionnaires( the profession morals and the administrative work pressure) and after checking their standard characteristics, they are applied on  the research sample(79) he/she assistants, of (21) he assistant and (58)she/assistants of Directorate of Education in Karkh/2, after obtaining the duly approvals. Then the data was corrected and altered into  quantity data then analyzing them statistically by(Spas), and reached the following results:-

1. The assistants' points of view refer to weakness of the headmaster's morals towards the teachers, while these points of view refer to high morals of headmaster towards the students and the local society.
2. There is no difference statically significant among the assistants' points of view towards the profession morals which the primary schools mangers enjoyed in the scopes of( the headmaster's morals towards the teachers, and the headmaster's morals towards the students and the headmaster's morals towards the local society).
3. The assistants' pints of view indicated that the primary schools headmasters subjected to administrative work pressure.
4. There is no difference statically  significant among average of points of view degrees of he/she assistants concerned the administrative work pressure to which the primary schools headmasters  are subjected.
5. There is positive relation statically significant among the profession morals of its three scopes( the head master morals towards teachers, the head master morals towards the students and the headmaster morals towards the local society) and the administrative work pressure.
