Narratives of Violation in the Sermons of Fatimah al-Zahra (Peace Be Upon Her): The Fadakian Sermon as a Choice

Abstract

This research paper addresses the topic of "Narratives of Violation in the Sermons of Fatimah al-Zahra" within the framework of doctrinal studies and "Fatimah al-Zahra's Position on the Political System." The paper aims to highlight Fatimah al-Zahra's (PBUH) remarkable ability to engage with the thoughts of others and expose their serious attempts to marginalize her, despite her being at the core of the main issue. This marginalization was intended to undermine the centrality of Ahl al-Bayt and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). The ruling power sought to restrict the influence of the beloved daughter of the Prophet because she embodied the figure of an intellectual who, with her awareness, rejected submission to injustice and corruption. Notably, this intellectual was not an ordinary one but a representative of a profound intellectual theme, with specific cultural, philosophical, and religious dimensions. Therefore, the sermons of Fatimah al-Zahra serve as an important historical document, through which she was able to reveal the falsehoods of the opposing side, as reflected in their reactions to her stance.
