Abstract

The spread of  Partisan political corruption turns the state and its institutions into a supplier and financier of the party to ensure its survival and retain its members, and enhance its ability to resist the challenges and temptations of other parties.

The Italian political system has suffered from party political corruption and the proliferation of Authority parties for decades, so parliamentary life has been characterized by a change of loyalties for the pursuit of personal gain, This produced weak parties, and parliamentary blocs and unstable government coalitions, which explains the short lifespan of successive governments.

Partisan political corruption has not only affected the political side, but has been the main reason for creating many economic problems. It has caused misallocation of resources, the rise of the shadow economy, the escape of the skills needed to develop high-tech production, and the reduction of the income of the productive class of society. What caused the depression.
