Abstract

Abstract

The Islamic perspective is broader and more comprehensive than just be limited in his principles and vision on temporary and short relations. The scientific literatures, opinions of experts and scholars lay down rules, guidelines, tips and techniques to provide quality service to the people at work. Islam on the other hand puts the principles and foundations to be followed by muslims in all their aspects of life, not just work. These aspects should be of high quality because we are observed by Almighty God in all our work, whether in secret or in public. Islam approach has certain characteristics that are not present in other approaches, making it the best curriculum. If the western experts have put standards to measure the performance and quality of the product recently, islam puts these standards for more than 1435 years ago. Islam puts principles that regulate the relation between people in the best possible way to benefit and live a good quality life. Islam spreads the spirit of community and love and forgiveness among its followers. The Holy Quran and Sunnah contain principles to regulate people life that if properly understood and performed by muslims progress and benefit in life and work will be gained. Islam urged its followers to work properly and faithfully at all times. If we go back to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of our Prophet (Allah bless him and his family) we find that there are many verses that call people to be faithful at work and do the best they can to provide the best service also be kind and helpful with each other.
