Abstract

The paper, entitled "Woodrow Wilson and US Policy Toward Restriction of Foreign Migration," aims to describe the general conditions that contributed to changing US public policy toward immigration from the organization to the annual identification of immigrants entering the United States, and to explain how the anti-immigrant sentiment in the Congress, during Wilson's presidency, and its origins contributed to shaping the general policy of foreign immigration. The research section titled "Woodrow Wilson and the US Policy on Repatriation Abroad" dealt with the first section of the United States' policy of translation until 1913, showing the most important immigration and public relations laws enacted by the Congress during this period.
