Abstract

The Study aims at recognizing the roles of the civil social societies in developing society on basis of afield study in addition to recognizing the position of these societies in Iraq with their problem and impediment which are manifested in this study . The civil social societies play an important role in development process especially in the field of social care and assisting the poor morally and financially .A good number of the specimen members and other studies endorse the social and developing roles of the civil social societies . To achieve the goals of these societies in presenting their moral and financial support , local governments , people and charitable societies should sustain their activities .
