Cinematic Techniques in the Novels of Mahdi Issa Al-Saqr

The embodiment of the relationship between the novel and cinema represents a radical transformation in the structure of the novel. Cinematic techniques, such as montage and close-up shots, have contributed to infusing a dynamic and visual quality into narrative texts. They have also allowed writers to employ innovative narrative techniques, enabling them to present events in a new way, enriching storytelling and making texts more realistic. As a result, the novel has been able to engage with contemporary transformations, producing works that meet the needs of the modern reader.
