Learning any new language means acquiring a new culture. However, biculturalism is not inherent to bilingualism. Culture is a reflection of all aspects of life for any group of people. It expresses their behaviors, beliefs, values, customs and traditions. Because of the mixing element in cultural bilingualism, behaviors, attitudes and feelings may not adapt. fully assigned to a situation, so that this form of consistent cross-culturalism serves as a differentiator between bilingualism and biculturalism. When the Zionist entity declared the establishment of the (State of Israel) in 1948, which took upon itself to enter into a declared conflict with the Arabs of Palestine, who are known as the Arabs of 1948 and who currently constitute 20% of the population of (Israel), which is the dropping and erasing of their Arabic language and imposing the Hebrew language and its culture on them.
