Abstract
The Impact of Special Exercises for those of the Epistemological Procedure (regular – predictable) on Learning the Movement Shapes of Setting Up in Volleyball.

The researcher has employed the experimental procedure of equivalent groups which is most suitable for the problem of the study. The society of the study comprises the second stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Wasit University.
The researcher has chosen a specimen of (40) students from (132) after excluding those who play the game, and the students of the exploratory experiment. The students are divided randomly into two groups, control and experimental. The former group follows the plan presented by the teacher which the syllabus in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences whereas the latter follows special exercises. The educational units are 24 distributed as two units per week; the time for each unit is ( 90 ) minutes and the overall period of this educational course is (12) weeks. The educational unit (pass) has covered a period from 15/10/2017 to 4/12/2017. To obtain precise results for this unit, the researcher has employed the statistical bag. The important results obtained by the researcher are:
- The educational course, which is suggested by the researcher comprises special exercises, has an impact in improving some brain capabilities.
- Employing the epistemological procedure (regular – predictable) in teaching volleyball skills especially for new players.
- An in advance knowledge of the new skills will help learners (regular – predictable) to know the procedure most suitable for them.
