The performance of the actor and the features of the city were mixed in the presentations of the Modern Art Theater Company

Abstract

The main reason for entering this research is to show the relationship between
the city as the largest container for embracing all civilizational vocabulary, and
between the theater that is the true translator and the shining mirror of human
civilizations, and the representative performance that constitutes the important sign
of the city.
The research included the introduction that included the research problem and
the need for it, the goal of the research, the importance of research, and the
definition of terms, while the theoretical framework came with two researches, the
first entitled (features of the city of Baghdad and the intertwining of the
performance of the actor), while the second topic dealt with (the role of the city in
theater group performances The modern technician), then the research procedures
through selecting the sample and analyzing it, then the research concluded several
results, including: The actor’s performance in its external manifestations, and the
internal dimensions of the city had a role in it, especially in the personality (Mustafa
Al-Dalal) in the play (The Palm and Neighbors). Likewise, the customs and
traditions of the city were not distanced from the general behavior of the actor's
performance, by enriching the general character of the character, especially in the
character (Al-Bakhil) in the play (Baghdad: Eternal Between Grandfather and
Humor). The conclusions are as follows: The actor's performance is part of the
customs and traditions of the city. The city also had a major impact on theatrical
performance. The general features of the city are embodied in the actor's
performance. Then the search ended with a list of references and sources and a list
of margins.
